Information on the processing of personal data

Your data will be collected and processed to quote and complete the order. Providing the data is voluntary; however, failure to do so may result in the inability to complete the order.
In the case of a certified translation, it is mandatory to provide the name of the client or the name of the ordering entity due to the necessity of entering them into the sworn translator's register (in accordance with Article 17, paragraph 2 of the Law of 25 November 2004 on the profession of sworn translator, Journal of Laws [Dziennik Ustaw] of 2004, No. 273, item 270). This data will be stored for an indefinite period, as the aforementioned act does not specify a deadline for the termination of the storage of the register.
You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to request its deletion, to restrict its processing, to object to the processing of your data and to transfer your data.
Your data will be stored for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data is processed. Data contained in accounting documents will be stored for 5 years.
